TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN FUNDRAISING FOR SCN2A AUSTRALIA
I understand and agree that:
- All profits generated will be contributed to SCN2A Australia.
- SCN2A Australia will receive all proceeds from the event within two weeks following the event date.
- I commit to organising my fundraising event in line with the SCN2A Australia Fundraising Guidelines and in a manner that preserves the reputation, professionalism, and values of SCN2A Australia.
- I am aware of the nature and potential risks involved in conducting this fundraising activity and, in consideration of being allowed to participate, I agree to absolve and hold harmless SCN2A Australia, along with its officers, employees, volunteers, and all associated sponsors, whether individually or collectively, from any and all legal claims, charges, actions, debts, damages, costs, injury claims, losses, or inconveniences that may arise directly or indirectly from the event described in this application.
- I will adhere to current government regulations and comply with applicable national, state, and/or territory laws, regulations, and guidelines. For the most recent information on COVID-19, please visit health.gov.au.
- SCN2A Australia retains the authority to revoke approval of the fundraising event at any point should it deem that any aspect of the proposed event is not in alignment with its fundraising guidelines.
